Alex is an award winning sound designer and composer, currently residing in house at one of London's top audio post production houses - Jungle Studios. Working on internationally acclaimed and award winning commercials, theatrical releases and TV series. Please see projects tab for recent work.

Having worked in the post production industry for many years - he has gained thorough knowledge of all things 'post' - Including mixing for international specifications (Including Dolby 5.1/7.1), working to very tight deadlines, working with some of the biggest advertising agencies in the business, as well as composing and budgeting for film, and knowledge of music synchronisation licensing - In which he can accurately quote for fee's according to your budget.

Creativity in the studio is always high priority, his musical background complements his sound design skills by treating each piece of work as a composition - Delving deeper into how a production flows and how sound is perceived - making his works experimental as well as memorable.

Having studied, written and published a book on Horror film scoring composition, extensive knowledge on audio and visual integration is a speciality.

In a previous life having been classically trained from a very young age, on guitar as well as piano, musical coherence and understanding is of very high standard. Playing professionally for many years (since the age of 16) including United Kingdoms biggest music festivals and stadiums such as the UK’s renowned O2 Arena, with some of the UK’s biggest artists.

He gained his degree in Music Production and Sound Design from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, completing it as an accelerated course means he jumped straight into the industry as soon as he could.
